Doors open at 4 and “Open Range” will be performing from 6 to 9:00. Cost is $25, reserved tables are available and there will be a silent auction, raffles and door prizes. New construction homes are very popular in the Gillette market right now.  And why shouldn’t they be?  There are a number of very reputable builders offering great floor plans, quality construction, and very reasonable prices.  Couple this with the record low interest rates, and you can get a great deal on a brand new home! However, there are also some things you need to watch out for.

While there are some great builders, there are also a few builders offering an inferior product.  These homes are not always apparent to those who have not dealt directly with new construction in our area.  The last thing a buyer wants to do with a new construction home is be taken advantage of, whether it’s on purpose or by mistake.
