Gillette Real Estate Market by Price 4/14/09

So a change happened recently, average sales price year over year went up by a little over $2500. You will also notice that the average time on market has jumped quite a bit from last year average time on market of 129 days to 165 days. Housing inventory remains pretty consistent with 300 – 330 homes available in Gillette. So all and all a pretty healthy market.
