As I drive around town in this cold weather which is often below zero, I cannot help but be worried about those young children and teenagers who have nothing on but a thin coat with no gloves or hat. Frostbite can happen very quickly in below zero temperature. Please do your part to make sure those little ones are dressed right for the weather. Even if they feel embarrassed. Make them at least take a hat and gloves with them.

I also don’t care what anyone thinks about me when it comes to helping out a child or another person stuck out in the cold. If I see that person walking on their way somewhere and they look frozen, I’m going to offer them a ride in my warm car. You can tell when someone is getting pretty close to frozen because they start to get immobile and walk slower and hunch over. You can tell. Please do your part to help someone who is FREEZING out there! Thank you.

A new edition of the Economic Analysis Division’s Wyoming Economic Summary is now available. This quarterly publication highlights the State’s economic conditions. The economic indicators that are discussed and graphically illustrated include employment by industry, income and earnings, housing, taxable sales, tourism, agriculture, and revenue.
